So, not to sound desperate buuuut… my job is becoming increasingly soul-crushing. Again. 

All of my actual important duties (like, y’know, copyediting) are being taken away and I’m becoming the office afterthought. I get the distinct impression that the higher-ups want me to leave. But because I’m in a union-represented job, they can’t actually fire me, so they’re just slowly making my work life miserable.

I really, really want to get out of this place. I’ve been applying to other jobs since well before the new management staff took over in April, but I’ve only had one interview all year and there’s no guarantee it will pan out.
