Bugs Bunny isn’t your conventional trickster god – he doesn’t steal or lie; rather he inflicts on us a societal hubris. He traps us in the rules, conventions and expectations we’ve made. Forcing us to go through the niceties of the barbershop or DMV at the times most inconvenient to us. If we didn’t have these rules – if it was twelve thousand years ago and all we had was a snare and a knife, Bugs would be nothing more than a mortal rabbit. But now we have built so much and he has become a god.
Bugs Bunny is a whimsical god, but a just one. He only ever exacts his wrath upon those who provoke it. Show Bugs the proper respect and he will do you no harm. Cross him, and hear the prelude to your destruction: “Of course, you know, this means war.”
the helix waltz fandom here is really weird because i KNOW it’s a mix between:
1) regular otome game fans of mystic messenger and voltage branded games that are used to referring to the playable character with just “MC” and self-projecting onto the character to romance male npcs and
2) gay love nikki fans who started playing this game for the dress-up but became more attached to the weird storyline and universe, and stunned with the option that they can actually “romance” certain characters in what was just supposed to be a simple love nikki alternative
Lol, I took a double look at this before replying. I am a
1. Cybird fan
2. Voltage fan
3. MM fan
4. Nikki fan
5. Plays Helix Waltz because I am just curious since their freaking advertisements haunted me from Facebook all the way to YouTube. Ended up getting addicted due to the intriguing plot, interesting gameplay and there are two characters that I came to love at the start of the game: Alan and Xavier
Three main reasons for playing all these: I need drawing inspirations. I need writing inspirations. I am deprived of eye candies. It’s okay even if they are fictional because I can look at them all day long as much as I want and no one is going to judge. I simply enjoy looking at beautiful things/humans/drawings etc 🤔
From what I have read on Facebook, three of the characters, known as Andre Wolf, Matthew and Starr, are actually modelled after realistic idols. So I did a little research that found that these idols have the highest popularity in a show called Idol Producer (偶像实习生) and agreed to allow their image to be used for Helix Waltz so as to boost their popularity.
